PBAT Compounds for Film

Name: full biodegradable (compostable) special material for blowing film

 

Type: special film-blowing material

 

Feature:

1)   High biological carbon content, full biodegradable (compostable), slightly starchy fragrance;

2)   Direct processing of blown film products (no need to add biodegradable resin), without polyolefin and other materials. The processing temperature is lower than ordinary plastic, the coloration performance is good, natural antistatic;

3)   Reduce fossil-based materials and carbon emissions.

 

Product packaging: nylon composite bag or aluminum foil bag vacuum packaging, packaging for the paper and plastic composite bag, 25 kg/bag, ton packaging.

 

Application:

biodegrade (compostable) packaging film, medical film, agricultural film,

full biodegradable (compostable) packaging bags;

shopping bags, garbage bags, pet waste bags, electronic products packaging bags, etc.;

disposable gloves, tablecloths, aprons, raincoats, and other biodegradable (compostable) plastic products.

 

Processing equipment:

Universal film blowing machine, printing machine, bag making machine, sealing machine and casting machine.

 

Processing technology:

1)   Choose LDPE die head to blow for production, length-diameter ratio L/D 28:1, blowing ratio >1:3, in order to be conductive to plasticization and improve product quality and output;

2)   Freshly blown film should be placed for a period of time before being processed for bag;

3)   Due to the serious water loss of the new film, it is brittle and the tensile strength is low. Its mechanical properties will be significantly improved after being placed for 24 hours;

4)   It is not allowed to add polyolefin material for blowing, otherwise it will affect the compostability, degradation performance and heat sealing performance of the product.

 

Precautions:

To store in a dry place at room temperature and use as soon as possible after opening.

The product is easily affected with damp, so dry it before being used in conditions of 80℃, 2 hours. If the material smells like corn when being processed, it is at the best temperature.

PBAT+PLA+CaCO3            TKF-C10

TKF-C10 is our biodegrade statistical aliphatic-aromatic copolyester based on the monomers, 1.4-butanediol, adipic acid and dimethyl terephthalate, for compostable series.

A biodegrade plastic resin is a plastic that maintains the same properties as a conventional plastic with regard to its use, but which can be completely degraded into the water and carbon dioxide by naturally occurring microorganisms such as bacteria fungi and algae when disposed of in the natural environment.

 

Feature:

1)   TKF-C10 is printable, weldable and can be mechanically recycled;

2)   When incinerated, TKF-C10 does not generate any noxious side-products and hazardous gases;

3)   TKF-C10 is highly compatible with natural materials;

4)   We can supply to a customer grade that satisfies the individual customer’s needs;

5)   TKF-C10 has the waterproof ability by its excellent acid value.

 

Properties:

TKF-C10 is high molecular weight substance, so it is similar to the properties of LDPE and LLDPE.

Product packaging: aluminum foil bag vacuum packaging, packaging for the paper and plastic composite bag, 25 kg/bag, ton packaging.

For unopened product official shelf life is 12 months.

 

Application:

TKF-C10 is designed for flexible films using a blown film or cast film process. The main applications for TKF-C10 are compost bags, packaging films, agricultural films, etc.

Feature:

1)   Light yellow solid particles;

2)   TKF-S10 is 100% biodegradable and opaque after film blowing;

3)   Compared with traditional petrochemical plastics with unit weight, it can save more than 730% of petrochemical resources;

4)   Compared with traditional petrochemical plastics with unit weight, it can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 40%;

5)   It does not contain toxic substances such as phthalate plasticizer and bisphenol A, and the heavy metal content meets the ROHS directive;

6)   With good processing performance, TKF-S10 can be produced by ordinary plastic blown film equipment into various types of products.

Cons of Plastic  Bag
